Kolossal
Killer
A note from
Martin Breese: A couple of years ago I
made one of my visits to the Magic Castle and
as always I flew out to the USA with my pal
Terry Seabrooke. For the first time I saw
Terry performing Kenton Knepper's Kolossal
Killer. To say that I was impressed is an
understatement. Terry pulled out his wallet
and asked a spectator in the audience to name
a card. The woman called out her selection and
after a lot of byplay Terry opened his wallet
and immediately took out a small envelope. He
passed the envelope to the spectator who by
now was on the platform and asked her to open
the envelope. She did and inside was the card
that she had freely named. I couldn't believe
my eyes or ears. After the show I accused
Terry of having used a stooge and then he
reminded me that he had asked several
spectators to point to a spectator. That
spectator was asked to point to another and so
on until the woman finally selected named her
choice of card. It was clearly impossible for
it to have been arranged in advance. Terry
fooled me and I wouldn't rest until he told me
the name of the effect. He named the effect
and I went on to the internet and bought it
for myself. Now read the advertisement below. Every word is true:
Kolossal Killer has long been one of Kenton
